This paper studied application of different types of room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) into flexible supercapacitors. Typical RTILs including 1-buthyl-3-methyl-imidazolium [BMIM][Cl], trioctylmethylammonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide [OMA][TFSI] and triethylsulfonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([SET3][TFSI]) were studied. [SET3][TFSI] shows the best result as electrolyte in electrochemical double-layer (EDLC) supercapacitors with very high specific capacitance of 244 F/g at room temperature, overceiling the performance of conventional carbonate electrolyte such as dimethyl carbonate (DMC) with more stable performance and much larger electrochemical window.  相似文献

An affinity‐selection study using size exclusion chromatography (SEC) combined with off‐line electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS) was performed on libraries of peptidic α‐ketoamide inhibitors directed against the hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS3 protease. A limiting amount of HCV NS3 protease (25 µM ) was incubated with equimolar amounts (100 µM ) of 49 reversible mechanism‐based ketoamide inhibitors, previously grouped into seven sets to ensure clearly distinguishable mass differences of the enzyme‐inhibitor complexes (>10 Da). The unbound compounds were separated rapidly from the protease and the protease‐inhibitor complexes by SEC spin columns. The eluate of the SEC was immediately analyzed by direct‐infusion ESI‐MS. An enzyme‐inhibitor complex, with a molecular mass corresponding to the NS3 protease binding to the preferred inhibitor, SCH212986, was the only molecular species detected. By increasing the molar ratio of HCV NS3 protease to inhibitors to 1:2 while keeping the inhibitors' concentration constant, the complex of the second most tightly bound inhibitor, SCH215426, was also identified. Although the potencies of these inhibitors were virtually un‐measurable by kinetic assays, a rank order of CVS4441 > SCH212986 > SCH215426 was deduced for their inhibition potencies by direct competition experiment with CVS4441 ( M ). As discussed in the article, through judicious application of this strategy, even large libraries of fairly weak, reversible and slow‐binding inhibitors could be rapidly screened and rank ordered to provide critical initial structure‐activity insights. The values of Ka, DeltaSa, and DeltaHa for deprotonation of hydroxyurea (HU) and N-methylhydroxyurea (NMHU), as targeted compounds, and for betainohydroxamic acid, were potentiometrically determined. Although NMHU has two and HU even three deprotonation sites, the measurements confirm that they behave as weak acids with a single pK a approximately 10. Comparison with analogous thermodynamic parameters previously determined for series of monohydroxamic acids reveals deviations from a DeltaSa, vs DeltaHa plot for HU and NMHU, raising the question of the dissociation site of hydroxureas in water. In addition to the deprotonation of the hydroxyl oxygen, ab initio calculations performed at the MP2/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory for these two compounds indicate a notable participation of the nitrogen deprotonation site in HU. The calculations for the isolated, monohydrate, trihydrate, and decahydrate molecular and anionic forms of hydroxyureas support the importance of hydrogen bonding in the gas and aqueous phases. The hydroxylamino nitrogen in HU is the most acidic site in water, contributing approximately 94% to the overall deprotonation process at 25 degrees C. On the contrary, the hydroxylamino oxygen is by far the most favored deprotonation site in NMHU, contributing almost 100% in aqueous medium. The predicted participations of two deprotonation sites in HU, calculated at the MP2/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory, combined with the calculated relative reaction enthalpy and entropy for the deprotonation, satisfactorily explain the observed deviation from linearity of DeltaHa vs DeltaSa, plot. There is no such a simple explanation for acid-base behavior of NMHU.  相似文献

Aqueous solutions containing Co2+ and the macrocyclic ligand 1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclopentadecane (L) are able to bind reversibly molecular oxygen to form the species Co2L2O 2 4+ between pH 5 and 7. This species at pH greater than 8 is replaced by the complex Co2L2O2 (OH) 2 2+ whose concentration in the solution increases to about pH 10.5. At pH greater than 10.5, Co(II) exists totally in this -peroxobisydroxo complex. Both the above mentioned oxygenated forms suffer a relatively slow irreversible oxidation to Co(III). From oxygen binding curves, approximate values of the equilibrium constants were calculated for the addition of oxygen to CoL2+ to form the -peroxo and the -peroxo-bishydroxo complexes. The enthalpies of formation of this latter complex starting from both Co2+ or CoL2+ have been obtained by means of calorimetric measurements. The effects of the size of the macrocyclic ligand on the affinity and the enthalpy of oxygen binding have been considered.Presented at the sixth Italian meeting on Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis (AICAT) held in Naples, December 4–7, 1984.  相似文献

Aldimines derived from aryl and non-enolizable aliphatic aldehydes were allylated with allyl bromide mediated by indium powder in [bpy][BF4] (bpy = N-butylpyridine) to give good yields of the corresponding homoallylic amines. Selective formation of monoallylated amines can be achieved by varying the amount of bromide ion additive in the form of [bpy][Br]. The transient organoindium intermediates, allylindium(I) and allylindium(III) dibromide formed in the reaction, were studied by NMR spectroscopy to explain the selectivity.  相似文献

A series of ternary metal(ii) complexes {M(phen)(edda); 1a (Cu), 1b (Co), 1c (Zn), 1d (Ni); H(2)edda = N,N(')-ethylenediaminediacetic acid} of N,N'-ethylene-bridged diglycine and 1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, UV-visible spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurement. The interaction of these complexes with DNA was investigated using CD and EPR spectroscopy. MTT assay results of 1a-1c , screened on MCF-7 cancer cell lines, show that synergy between the metal and ligands results in significant enhancement of their antiproliferative properties. Preliminary results from apoptosis and cell cycle analyses with flow cytometry are reported. seems to be able to induce cell cycle arrest at G(0)/G(1). The 2-year international joint project HYCREF (Contract-No. G6RD-CT-2002-00854), funded by the European Commission in the 5th Framework programme, aimed to develop methods to prepare homogenous and stable water-, soil- and waste reference materials contaminated with mineral oil hydrocarbons and to test certify the mineral oil content by gas chromatographic methods. As mineral oil products are important sources for environmental contaminations, appropriate reference materials certified by using the new gas chromatographic methods (soil: ISO/FDIS 16703, waste: prEN 14039 and KW/04, water: ISO 9377-2) are highly needed. Additional to the HYCREF-results presented in part I–mineral contaminated soils–this second paper gives an overview of the feasibility study for the preparation and test certification of three waste reference materials (offshore marine sediment, building material and industrial waste). The following specifications, which had been defined in the project work plan, were reached successfully: uncertainty of the mineral oil content resulting from the certification exercise ≤5% and a between-bottle inhomogeneity of ≤3%. All three materials have been evaluated for long- and short term stability. They contain different levels and types of mineral oil and cover the full application range of ISO/FDIS 16703 and prEN 14039 (100–10,000 mg/kg). The expanded uncertainties U cert of the three materials are about 6%. In this way, they are comparable to ERM®-CC015a (U cert=7.1%, mineral oil in a river sediment) and are suited to close the present gap of commercially available CRM for mineral oil determination in waste.  相似文献

Background

Research into perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) has uncovered interesting properties compared to their bulk counterparts, including tunable optical properties due to size-dependent quantum confinement effect (QCE). More recently, smaller PNCs with even stronger QCE have been discovered, such as perovskite magic sized clusters (PMSCs) and ligand passivated PbX2 metal halide molecular clusters (MHMCs) analogous to perovskites.

Objective

This review aims to present recent data comparing and contrasting the optical and structural properties of PQDs, PMSCs, and MHMCs, where CsPbBr3 PQDs have first excitonic absorption around 520 nm, the corresponding PMSCS have absorption around 420 nm, and ligand passivated MHMCs absorb around 400 nm.

Results

Compared to normal perovskite quantum dots (PQDs), these clusters exhibit both a much bluer optical absorption and emission and larger surface-to-volume (S/V) ratio. Due to their larger S/V ratio, the clusters tend to have more surface defects that require more effective passivation for stability.

Conclusion

Recent study of novel clusters has led to better understanding of their properties. The sharper optical bands of clusters indicate relatively narrow or single size distribution, which, in conjunction with their blue absorption and emission, makes them potentially attractive for applications in fields such as blue single photon emission.  相似文献
